Appraisal of Chief Fire Officer and Chief Executive (Interim Review) 2020-21 Minutes: The interim appraisal review took place, providing a valuable opportunity for the Chief Fire Officer and Chief Executive and Members to have a focused confidential discussion about priorities, performance and development.
The Chief Fire Officer and Chief Executive provided details of progress against the key and personal development objectives in his appraisal.
The Brigade Manager’s Pay and Performance Committee agreed to meet on 22nd March 2021.
RESOLVED: That
[1] progress against the objectives in the Chief Fire Officer and Chief Executive’s appraisal 2020-21 be noted. |
