Members are reminded that the Members’ Code of Conduct requires the disclosure of Statutory Disclosable Pecuniary Interests, Non-Statutory Disclosable Pecuniary Interests and Disclosable Non- Pecuniary Interests.

RESOLVED:

That the minutes of the Brigade Managers’ Pay and Performance Committee meetings held on 22^nd and 30^th March 2021 be confirmed as a correct record.

Item 3 – Appraisal of Chief Fire Officer and Chief executive (Interim Review) 2021-22

Paragraph 1 -  Information relating to an individual

The interim appraisal review took place, providing a valuable opportunity for the Chief Fire Officer and Chief Executive and Members to have a focused confidential discussion about priorities, performance and development.

The Chief Fire Officer and Chief Executive gave a presentation that provided details of progress against the key tasks and personal development objectives in his appraisal.

The Brigade Manager’s Pay and Performance Committee agreed to meet on 21^st March 2022 to consider the Chief Fire Officer and Chief Executive’s appraisal.

RESOLVED: That
