Appraisal of Chief Fire Officer and Chief Executive (Interim Review) 2020-21

Minutes:

The interim appraisal review was carried out between Members of the Pay and Performance Committee and the Chief Fire Officer and Chief Executive, and provided a valuable opportunity for the Chief Fire Officer and Chief Executive and Members to have a focused confidential discussion about priorities, performance and development.

 

The Chief Fire Officer and Chief Executive provided details of progress against the key objectives and personal development objectives.

 

The Brigade Manager’s Pay and Performance Committee agreed to meet on 22nd March 2021 to consider the Chief Fire Officer and Chief Executive’s end of year Appraisal.

 

RESOLVED: That

 

[1] the progress against the objectives in the Chief Fire Officer and Chief Executive’s appraisal 2020-21 be noted.
