Staffing Committee

Purpose of committee

The Staffing Committee comprises of 4 Members taken from the Brigade Managers’ Pay and Performance Committee membership.

 

The Committee acts as the employer within the appointments process for any post at Area Manager level, determines matters relating to Pensions where a decision is required by Members and determines HR matters referred to the committee and outside the remit of the Joint Consultative Committee.
